Swix is preparing to acquire leases on unique properties that are defined by their lifestyle qualities.

These properties will soon be expanded to form a collective in key locations around the globe, creating a network of one, two and three+ bedroom spaces.

The Swix property network will be made available to Swix tokenholders and experienced travellers for short and medium term rental. Each location will be paired with its own curated list of local experiences and approved services .

Swix Global Expansion

The data collected by Swix and its research analysts has been formulated into a series of viability factors used to determine and develop the strategy for global expansion.

Swix will target Europe in its first phase of expansion and has begun positioning itself to acquire 30 new lease units per month within the first 3 months following successful completion of the ETH LBP.

The primary locations indicated for growth in Phase 1 include: London, Paris, Rome, Barcelona and Istanbul among others to be confirmed.

Once a new property has been signed on, it will typically require furnishing and optimising for eco-efficiency in accordance with the Swix Eco-Living standard. This process can be completed and signed off for commencement of rental within 4 weeks.

Phases 2, 3 and 4 of the global expansion plan will be revealed soon.
